"Clean room ! Unique environment! Nice courtyard! Room was spacious and well appointed. On downside , minor, was the broken elevator, but everything worked out."

"Despite the experiences of other reviewers, I had no problem with my recent stay at the Overton. Staff was friendly. Grounds were clean. Room was clean and bathroom held the expected toiletries. Pillows were quite soft, but there were six of them so this was no problem. Bed was comfortable. Maid service was dependable. As an aside, I had an earlier booking problem with the hotel; the problem was my fault, arising after an ill parent interfered with my travel plans at the last minute. The Overton manager called me and went out of his way to help with that problem--I appreciate very much his 'above and beyond' approach to customer care."
